It's a dragon, for those of you who are kind of slow." ;D
"As you can see, its tail forms the tentacle. So no, it's not a random tentacle popping out of nowhere.
You'd be able to see it a bit better, though, if my scanner hadn't cut off the bottom of it.
(Paper was too big)
